Your role will involve offering proactive advice, handling sensitive and complex matters, and acting as a key point of contact for internal and external stakeholders. You'll have the opportunity to contribute to strategic initiatives by preparing and drafting reports, briefing notes, and managing key communications to ensure the smooth operation of the Surgery department.
Your expertise in organisation and problem-solving will be crucial as you manage multiple priorities, conduct minor research, and contribute to various projects. With a focus on data collection and analysis, you'll play a vital role in helping the Medical Lead(s) make informed decisions.
