Role Overview As the Executive Assistant, you will provide high-level support to the Managing Director, overseeing the smooth coordination of meetings, events, and day-to-day operations.
In this pivotal role, you will manage diaries, leadership financial transactions, facilitate travel arrangements, and act as the MD's liaison with internal and external stakeholders, ensuring efficient communication and execution of strategic initiatives.
About the Person The ideal candidate will bring over 5 years of Executive Assistant experience, preferably supporting senior executives.
You must be highly proficient in Microsoft Office, with exceptional communication, relationship management, and organisational skills.
A proactive, detail-oriented mindset, the ability to work autonomously in a dynamic environment, and serving as a trusted advisor for the Managing Director are crucial.
