Role Overview As the Executive Assistant, you will provide high-level support to the Managing Director, overseeing the smooth coordination of meetings, events, and day-to-day operations.
In this pivotal role, you will manage diaries, leadership financial transactions, facilitate travel arrangements, and act as the MD's liaison with internal and external stakeholders, ensuring efficient communication and execution of strategic initiatives.
About the Person The ideal candidate will bring over 5 years of Executive Assistant experience, preferably supporting senior executives.
You must be highly proficient in Microsoft Office, with exceptional communication, relationship management, and organisational skills.
A proactive, detail-oriented mindset, the ability to work autonomously in a dynamic environment, and serving as a trusted advisor for the Managing Director are crucial.
Key Responsibilities Oversee the Managing Director's complex diary, meetings, and high-level events Draft executive communications and prepare strategic presentations Coordinate and manage domestic and international travel arrangements Provide high level administrative support to the Coopers Executive Management team Monitor media alerts and manage high profile donation and sponsorship requests Skills, Knowledge and Experience 5+ years of Executive Assistant experience supporting senior leadership Expertise in Microsoft Office with advanced proficiency across all applications Exceptional communication and stakeholder relationship management skills Demonstrated ability to manage confidential information with discretion and autonomy For more information, please contact Joanne Murtagh on 08 7100 1823 Please note – all applicant resumes must be submitted in Word format only.
