Due to an internal promotion, our client based in Holbrook, is currently looking for a permanent, Executive Assistant to join their team, on a full time basis. The Executive Assistant will be responsible for providing high-level executive administration assistance to the General Manager and Executive Leadership Team. Key responsibilities include: Provide high quality secretarial services to the General Manager and Executive Leadership Team, including diary management, travel coordination, meeting and workshop management, record-keeping, correspondence and general typing Manage calendars and schedules to ensure that the General Manager has all required information. Assist and oversee the development, collation and delivery of key executive level documents and reports Filing systems – ensure accurate records management procedures are followed Prepare, proof and organise placement of advertisements for newspapers Attend meetings, prepare and produce minutes therefrom.
