Classification: Level 6, base salary from $78,515 to $85,762 (dependent on skills and qualifications).Salary Sacrifice options including up to $15,900 for living expenses.Are you ready to take on a key role supporting an executive leader in driving innovation and integration within the health sector? As the Executive Assistant, you will proactively support the Executive Director - Health System Integration and Innovation (HSII), by managing administrative functions, including diary management, correspondence, meeting secretariat duties, project assistance, financial administration, and recordkeeping.
The successful candidate will be able to: Provide professional, confidential executive support to the Executive Director - HSII.Draft correspondence, reports, and briefings on behalf of the Executive Director.Proofread and format documents in line with the Northern Queensland Primary Health Network (NQPHN's) Style Guide.Assist with project management, including planning, monitoring, and reporting.Support meetings by preparing agendas, taking minutes, and managing action registers.Manage the Executive Director's diary and coordinate meeting materials.Prioritise correspondence and requests for the Executive Director's attention.Contribute to reporting on the Operational Plan, Strategic Plan, and Program Framework.Process invoices, reconcile credit cards, and manage contract administration.Support the Reconciliation Action Plan (RAP) and continuous quality improvement.Help manage shared administrative functions like reception and travel bookings.Maintain systematic and secure electronic records.If you are looking for the opportunity to be part of a passionate and driven team and contribute to achieving our mission of 'Northern Queenslanders live happier, healthier, longer lives,' we'd love to hear from you.
