Job Description Griffith Health Clinics provide essential services to our community and a unique learning environment for our students.

The Executive Assistant plays a key role in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of the Griffith Health Clinics, providing administrative support to the Director, Griffith Health Clinics.
This role also involves managing Clinical Privileging, ensuring all mandatory compliance requirements are met for practitioners undertaking Clinical Activities in the Griffith Health Clinics.
Key Responsibilities: Provide executive administrative support to the Director, including diary management, travel arrangements, and financial transactions.
Manage day-to-day operations, such as information flow, administrative processes, email monitoring, and enquiries.
Support Clinical Privileging by maintaining records, managing applications, and ensuring compliance.
Develop and maintain effective relationships with colleagues and stakeholders, ensuring clear communication and managing expectations.
Draft, format, and prepare various communications, and perform ad hoc research and project activities.
Provide secretarial support for committees, including organizing agendas, reports, and taking minutes.
Prepare regular reports for the Director and other committees.
Train and advise staff on Clinical Privileging processes, WHS, audit, and accreditation requirements.
Coordinate events, workshops, conferences, visitor itineraries, and hospitality.
About you To be considered for this position, you must hold a minimum of an associate diploma qualification, along with demonstrated experience in an executive support or advanced administrative role, or an equivalent combination of relevant skills, knowledge, and experience.
You will also have: Ability to prioritise tasks, manage multiple responsibilities, and meet deadlines efficiently.
Ensured accuracy in administrative processes, financial transactions, and compliance.
Effective verbal and written communication skills for drafting reports, responding to enquiries, and maintaining relationships with stakeholders.
Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information discreetly.
Ability to develop and maintain effective working relationships with colleagues, stakeholders, and practitioners.
What we can offer This is a continuing, full-time position and will be primarily based at the Griffith University Gold Coast campus.
As Griffith is a multi-campus University you may be required to work across other campus locations.
Griffith University's campuses are located on the lands of the Yugarabul, Yuggera, Jagera, Turrbal, Yugambeh and Kombumerri peoples.
Salary Range The full time equivalent base salary will be HEW Level 5 range $76,236 - $85,525 per annum + 17% superannuation.
The total FTE package will be in the range $89,197 - $100,064 per annum.
