About The Role The Executive Assistant is accountable for the provision of high quality and timely support to the Clinical Director and Co-Director Public Health and Primary Care.
The role provides effective, efficient and confidential administrative services including secretarial support to committees, diary management, and report preparation.
The Executive Assistant will be responsible for the implementation and management of office systems supporting governance and functions within the directorate.
This role must be fully vaccinated for COVID-19 and influenza and meet the requirements of the Barwon Health immunisation policy.
