This agent is known for their professionalism, honesty, and integrity, and they need a dedicated Executive Assistant to help them continue their success.

About the Role: As the Executive Assistant, you will be a key player in the success of this top-performing agent. Your daily responsibilities will include a variety of administrative, organisational, and relationship management tasks to ensure seamless transactions. Your specific duties will include, but are not limited to:
Managing the agent's diary, emails, and appointments Overseeing database management and client care Managing campaigns for up to 20 listings concurrently Liaising with vendors, purchasers, and solicitors Meeting and greeting clients, attending meetings, and functions Handling all sales administration Coordinating photo shoots, floor plans, marketing materials, and agent branding Preparing and attending proposals, presentations, and auctions Managing exchanges and settlements Performing various ad hoc administrative duties About You: The ideal candidate will possess:
A current Real Estate Certificate of Registration Previous experience in real estate Excellent verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills Proficiency in Word, Outlook, and other computer skills The ability to work proactively and independently A valid driver's license Strong administration and communication skills The Benefits: Monday to Saturday with a day off during the week!
