The Deputy Director-General (DDG), City Services is seeking an Executive Assistant for a period of six months, with potential for extension and/or permanency.The position works closely with the Executive Officer to the Deputy Director-General City Services to ensure the efficient and effective operation of the Office. The position provides high level executive and administrative support to the DDG, including diary management and co-ordination.The ideal candidate will be a self-starter with excellent communication and organisation skills, able to engage with staff at all levels.
