Details: The ACT Ambulance Service (ACTAS) is seeking a highly organised and dedicated Executive Assistant to support the Chief Officer. In this dynamic role, you will be responsible for managing the Chief Officer's office, including diary and schedule management, correspondence, and coordination of meetings. You will play a key role in delivering high-quality service to both internal and external stakeholders, ensuring the smooth day-to-day operations of the office.The successful candidate will possess excellent communication and administrative skills, demonstrate discretion in handling sensitive information, and thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
