Details: The ACT Ambulance Service (ACTAS) is seeking a highly organised and dedicated Executive Assistant to support the Chief Officer. In this dynamic role, you will be responsible for managing the Chief Officer's office, including diary and schedule management, correspondence, and coordination of meetings. You will play a key role in delivering high-quality service to both internal and external stakeholders, ensuring the smooth day-to-day operations of the office.
The successful candidate will possess excellent communication and administrative skills, demonstrate discretion in handling sensitive information, and thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume environment. You will also provide administrative support to the broader Senior Management Group, contributing to the overall efficiency and effectiveness of ACTAS.

Eligibility/Other Requirements: Strong organisational and administrative skills, with experience supporting senior executives. Proficiency in the Microsoft Office suite and records management systems. High-level customer service skills, with the ability to manage sensitive and confidential information. Demonstrated ability to work autonomously and collaborate effectively within a team. A current driver's licence is essential. Prior to commencing this role, a current registration issued under the Working with Vulnerable People (Background Checking) Act 2011 is required.
