The Executive Assistant will perform a wide range of administrative duties requiring excellent office administration, report writing, financial acumen, presentation, and communication skills.This role supports the underlying Mission of Catholic Education in the Diocese of Lismore by delivering services that contribute to enabling students to experience the fullness of life.Work Requirements:A current/valid Australian Driver's Licence.A National Police Check, or ability to obtain if successful.Requirement to travel between locations as needed.Qualifications:Certificate IV in Business Administration, or similar.Work Experience:At least 5 years' experience in a busy office environment, supporting a senior executive, preferably in Finance.Experience working with committees in a secretarial role (preferred but not essential).Key Capabilities:Excellent written and interpersonal skills.Outstanding organisational skills with the ability to prioritise and remain calm under pressure.Strong stakeholder management and community engagement skills.Proficiency in MS Office/Google Suite, particularly Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.Problem-solving skills and initiative in identifying and resolving issues.Experience in drafting communications and managing events.Experience handling confidential and sensitive information.Plus, the following generic criteria:Knowledge of WHS and equity principles in the workplace.Respect and uphold the ethos and teachings of the Catholic Church and the values of the Employer.Your cover letter must address the key capabilities listed above.Applications close: 2pm, Monday 17 January 2025.Diocese of Lismore Catholic Schools Limited is committed to creating Child Safe Schools.For identified child-related roles, Child Protection legislation requires preferred candidates to hold a valid NSW WWCC.
