Reporting directly to the Executive Coordinator, the EA provides high-level administrative and secretarial support to the Senior Executive Associate, Chief Corporate Officer (CCO), Chief People Officer (CPO), and Chief Operating Officer (COO).
This trusted role exemplifies discretion, professionalism, and organizational excellence by managing executive-level communications, coordinating meetings, preparing materials, and backfilling the Senior Executive Associate as required.
The EA also builds strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders to contribute to NRCH's strategic goals.
About youYou're a skilled professional with a Certificate IV in administration (or equivalent qualification or work experience) and a proven ability to support executive leaders in a dynamic environment.
You bring:
Relevant experience in high-level executive administrative support.Advanced skills in Microsoft Office and proficiency in creating polished corporate documents.Exceptional time management and attention to detail.Confidence in supporting Board processes, including agenda preparation, collation of Board packs, and minute-taking.Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with a deep understanding of confidentiality.A collaborative and adaptable approach, fostering a positive work environment.Desired skills include experience processing accounts and purchases, as well as the ability to work autonomously.
Key responsibilitiesExecutive support: Diary management, scheduling, correspondence, and document preparation for the CEO, CCO, CPO, and COO.Meetings and committees: Acting as Secretary for senior committees, preparing agendas, recording accurate minutes, and managing action items.Finance: Processing executive invoices, reconciling corporate credit cards, and preparing expense reports.Event coordination: Supporting organizational events and ad hoc initiatives.Workplace culture: Promoting a respectful, professional, and confidential work environment while building strong relationships with stakeholders.Additional tasks: Providing backfill support for the Senior Executive Associate as needed.Join usAt NRCH, we believe in fostering a culture of innovation, connection, and community impact.
