The Executive Office Management at the Mackay Base Hospital is seeking applications for an Executive Assistant to join their team on a permanent basis.
Your opportunity As an Executive Assistant within the Office of Chief Executive (Executive Office) team, your role will comprise:
Provide a high level of confidential executive and administrative support and coordination and liaison services to support designated members of the Executive Leadership Team to deliver on their accountabilities, whilst achieving a high level of performance in the demanding executive environment.Work as part of a broader executive support team, contributing to the management and coordination of the daily functions of the Executive Office to ensure smooth and efficient service delivery within the Office of the Chief Executive and the Executive Leadership Team within MHHS.About our Hospital and Health Service Mackay Hospital and Health Service has 6 hospitals, 2 multi-purpose health services, and 4 community health centres that employ more than 3,700 staff.
