Provide administrative support and manage the agent's diaryHandle inquiries and respond to emailsOrganize photoshootsCoordinate advertising and marketing effortsManage callbacks and CRM databaseConduct market research and assist with inquiriesOversee exchange paperwork and client gifts
The Candidate:
Strong administrative background in Real EstateCurrent Certificate of RegistrationAbility to manage a prestigious workload with high-end clientele, including multi-million dollar listingsExceptional customer service skillsStrong written and verbal communication skillsAbility to work autonomously and as part of a team
