A fantastic opportunity exists in the Dispute Resolution team for a Legal Assistant to provide secretarial and administrative support as part of a busy team.
This role undertakes a diverse range of legal work.
No two days are the same and you will be helping support a close-knit team.
Some of your responsibilities will include: Document preparation (including the use of precedents) and amendments Proactive diary management and coordination of meeting/travel arrangements Liaising with clients as directed by fee earners Assisting in maintaining client databases and reporting Answering calls and monitoring emails File management, including opening files and electronic filing Assisting with end of month billing and reporting Reconciliation of corporate AMEX expenses using Concur Other ad hoc duties as required What you need: To be successful in this role, exceptional organisational skills are essential as well as a high level of initiative, energy, and enthusiasm.
You will need to be self-motivated and adaptable.
