If so, we are offering a fantastic opportunity to join the Executive Support team at BRHS providing high level support to the Corporate Services and the Community Wellbeing and Aged Care Executives. Applications are invited for all of the hours or part time as a job share opportunity. The flexibility to request your preferred directorate is available. Please specify your preference in your application. Contract: Full Time, Fixed-Term, Parental Leave coverage contract until 15.07.2025.  64.0 hours per fortnight available supporting Corporate Services and 16.0 hours per fortnight supporting Community Wellbeing and Aged Care. The position: As part of the Executive Support team you will provide timely, efficient and professional administrative support to ensure effective communication occurs from the BRHS Executive offices and to assist the achievement of Executive imperatives. In this role you will principally assist the Corporate Services Executive and provide additional support to the Community Wellbeing and Aged Care Executive some days of the week. You will work closely with all Executive Assistants and enjoy a collaborative and team focussed environment. Key criteria required: Minimum 3 years' recent experience providing high level/Executive administration support Demonstrated knowledge and ability to perform diary management, document drafting and production, agenda preparation and minute taking to a high level A strong commitment and ability to provide excellent customer service, with confidence and professional authority Advanced skills and demonstrated experience in the use of Microsoft Office, video conferencing platforms and the ability to quickly learn new software and IT programs  Please view the full key selection criteria in the position description Why should you apply?
