About the Role: As Executive Assistant to the Director Community & Customer Experience, you will provide support to the Director and the leadership team of the Division and contribute to the success of broader initiatives and functions of the team.
You will provide professional administrative support, ensure effective information flow and communication, coordinate key meetings, and liaise with staff and leaders regarding Council report preparation and priority correspondence responsibilities.
We are looking for a highly organised, dynamic, customer-focused, and skilled Executive Assistant who builds strong organisational relationships, possesses exceptional interpersonal and time management skills, and has an eye for detail.
You will thrive in a community service and customer-focused environment, working with specialists across a broad range of community services, library and arts services, community wellbeing, customer experience, customer service, community engagement, and communications.
You will be capable of managing a busy workload and actively show initiative for improving the way we work.
Responsibilities: Providing confidential, accurate, and efficient personal assistance.Providing administrative support services to Divisional Managers and staff.Ensuring quality and timely responses to correspondence.Coordinating Council report processes for the Division in alignment with the organisational agenda management system.Key Selection Criteria: To be successful in this role, you will bring the following skills and competencies:
