This role is integral to the smooth running of the Director's office, providing high-level administrative support, ensuring effective communication, and coordinating daily activities.
You'll play a key role in building strong relationships across Uniting and contributing to the efficiency of the leadership team.
Key ResponsibilitiesCalendar Management: Organise and maintain the Director's schedule, prioritising time-sensitive tasks, and managing appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements.Communication Handling: Act as the primary contact for the Director, managing emails, correspondence, and information flow with accuracy, timeliness, and discretion.Document Preparation: Draft, edit, and format reports, presentations, and newsletters.Meeting Coordination: Plan and manage meetings, including preparation of agendas, materials, and minutes.
