About People and Culture: The People & Culture Department is responsible for the Institute's Strategy & Development, HR Operations, Payroll, and Safety & Wellbeing Departments. The Chief People Officer is responsible for providing strategic and operational expertise on all people related matters within the Institute and leads shaping the Institute's workforce through design, development, delivery and evaluation of the Institute's people and culture strategies, plans and frameworks.
Role Purpose / Responsibilities: The Executive Assistant/Committee Support Officer provides executive support to the Chief People Officer. This integral role will provide confidential executive support including high level administration support, planning and advice and work collaboratively with key stakeholders and other staff. Diary management, drafting correspondence and presentations, maintaining systems, and organising functions are some of the day to day duties of this role. This position will also act as Secretary to committees and staff meetings, and provide minute taking duties.
About you: You will be an experienced and professional Executive Assistant with a high level of interpersonal skills, capable of communicating with a range of people at all levels. You will have a demonstrated ability to solve problems, and work productively in a team with limited supervision, manage your time and balance competing demands. You will bring exceptional written communication skills to this position, with experience in drafting memoranda, minutes, meeting agendas and other correspondence with a high degree of accuracy and attention to detail. Confidentiality, discretion, and consistent sound judgement are critical attributes for this role.

Remuneration: Salary range is $85,503 to $94,158 p.a. (AO4) plus super and generous salary packaging. This is a permanent, full-time appointment.
