Title: Executive Assistant Clinical Services (EACS) - Dalby, Queensland.Location: All SitesReports to: Chief Executive Officer (CEO) as per organisational chart.Job Type: Permanent - Full-Time.Practice Information:This Aboriginal Community Controlled Health Service (ACCHS) provides primary health care and related health services to the local Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander (ATSI) communities from Oakey in the South East of Queensland, Australia to St George in the South West of Queensland, Australia.Position Description:The EACS will ensure the development of all Clinical Plans such as but not limited to, Holistic Health Services Framework, Research Framework and Clinical and Program Reporting and Submissions. The Plans, Reports and Submissions must align to the company's Strategic Plan and developed and implemented so that the goals and objectives are achieved efficiently and effectively. Ensure adherence to funding guidelines and relevant standards, awards and legislation; To undertake the role/responsibility efficiently and effectively, the EACS will be required but not limited to consider the following:Consult with relevant staff on relevant clinical/program mattersContractual Agreements, Strategic Plan, Other Service plans, Standards, Awards and Legislation etc relating to clinical/program mattersConstantly manage, monitor, review, evaluate and amend service information relating to clinical/program mattersCommunicate effectively with all external Key StakeholdersManage his/her time effectively and efficientlyLead the organisation's research agendaEnsure all three tiers of Clinical Governance & Program Meetings occur and contribute to improved service delivery/outcomesQualifications & Experience:Tertiary Education i.e. Nursing Degree or Masters in Health Services Management etcPossess a current Open Queensland Driver's LicenseAPHRA Registration or similar professional membershipsWorking with Children Suitability Notice (Blue Card) and/or Police CheckThe position also requires:Advanced Project Management abilityAdvanced Senior Leadership skillsAdvanced knowledge of Clinical & Reporting SoftwareAdvanced analytical and interpretation skills of various data setsAdvanced methods to motivate teams to set and achieve KPIsAdvanced methods to deliver an effective and efficient holistic primary health care that is culturally sensitive and specific to the needs of Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander peopleAdvanced understanding of the Organisations Strategic Plan and Mission, Vision, ValuesState and National TravelFlexible work hoursAll Employees:Undertake further education and trainingParticipate in all compulsory internal forumsGain understanding of and apply relevant organisation's systems processes and toolsAdhere to Companies Policies & Procedures and Code of ConductAfter Hours Requirements: NoSalary Information: $115,000 plus super per annum.For more information on this position, please contact our team via ****** apply via the 'Apply Now' button on this page.Following successful placement, eligible candidates may be entitled to receive support and financial assistance through Health Workforce Queensland's comprehensive workforce attraction and retention incentives.
