About The Role Reporting directly into our Chief Transformation & Sustainability Officer, you will provide 1:2 quality support to him and our newly appointed Director of Customer Operations. From diary/inbox management and meeting arrangements to travel, expenses, and the preparation of presentations/reports, this fast-paced role will also assist their leadership teams deliver on their strategy.
You will be fully empowered to own this role and we welcome someone who brings suggestions forward, helps drive sync between teams and is adaptive given our large scale workforce that has competing and changing priorities.
Responsibilities Include: Create and manage agendas, team-wide PowerPoint packs, time keeping and following up on actions for weekly, monthly and quarterly meetings.Manage team offsites and onsite events including venue/room booking, catering and activities.Arrange international and interstate travel, accommodation and itineraries where required.Ensure your executives have appropriate recommendations and information prior to any approvals/meetings.Reconcile corporate credit cards and expenses and develop and maintain filing and administrative systems.Collaborate with the EA community for company-wide events.Communicate with internal stakeholders on behalf of the executives where appropriate including Workplace technology, Finance and Procurement, etc.Be an empathetic 'gatekeeper' by knowing how to redirect or reject requests for meetings/appointments.The Perks We work hard and play hard, so along with a competitive salary and generous performance-based bonus, here's some of our other perks:
