Job DescriptionThe Executive Assistant to the CEO is responsible for the smooth operation of the CEO and corporate office in a growing and agile organisation.
The position provides high-level executive support to the CEO and Executive team with the achievement of projects and other activities aligned to Mercy Connect's strategic plan.This is a diverse, hands-on role which requires professionalism, interpersonal expertise, energy and attention to detail.Desired Skills and ExperienceA relevant qualification in Business Administration or equivalent and/or relevant work experience.Excellent interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills to build and maintain strong, effective working relationships with the CEO and Executive Team, Board and other internal and external stakeholders.Exceptional IT skills in the Microsoft suite of products, databases, reporting, electronic document management, administering corporate records and digital communications.Demonstrated ability to professionally handle sensitive and confidential information and use appropriate judgment, diplomacy and discretion.Strong organisational skills, with the ability to prioritise demands, escalate where required, anticipate needs and forward plan.Ability to successfully role model, coach and support staff in a values-based organisation.
