TwoScots Recruitment is proud to be partnering with a successful and well-known Australian owned and operated business that is renowned for setting new standards in over 55's living as well as having a focus on private equity and investments.This is a rare opportunity to join the team and support the Chief Executive Officer and CFO as the dedicated Executive Assistant.Package on offer: Salary to $120k + Super (DOE)Opportunity to work in the heart of the city within a beautiful and friendly office environmentAbout the role:Working directly with the CEO and CFO, you will be responsible for the following duties: Extensive diary management, including coordination of family members' diariesBeing the primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, including screening calls and responding to inquiriesManagement of contact information in Outlook and mobile phoneDomestic travel bookingsAll administration support for the CEO and CFO and wider teamLiaising with external contractors including facilities managementCoordination and organisation of major events, including managing the end-to-end process (tickets, transfers, flights) for stakeholders and guests of the officeExperience Required: Previous experience working with a large family-owned and operated business (highly desirable)Experience in supporting a busy CEO or C-Suite DirectorPrevious experience in financial reporting and accountingStrong diary management experienceAbility to multi-task, forward planning and anticipating needs with solutionsCan-do attitude and ability to problem-solveThis is an exciting role for the Melbourne market.
