This is a rare opportunity to join the team and support the Chief Executive Officer and CFO as the dedicated Executive Assistant Package on offer: Salary to $120k + Super (DOE) Opportunity to work in the heart of the city within a beautiful and friendly office environment About the role: Working directly with the CEO + CFO you will be responsible for the following duties: Extensive Diary management, including coordination of family members diaries Being the primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders including screening calls and responding to enquires Management of contact information in outlook and mobile phone Domestic travel bookings All administration support for the CEO + CFO and wider team Liaising with external contractors including facilities management.
Coordination and organisation of major events including managing the end to end process (tickets, transfers, flights) for stakeholders and guests of the office Experience Required Previous experience working with a large family owned and operated business (highly desirable) Experience in supporting a busy CEO or C-Suite Director Previous experience in financial reporting and accounting Strong diary management experience Ability to multi task, forward planning and anticipating needs with solutions Can do attitude and ability to problem solve This is an exciting role for the Melbourne market, if you have strong experience in supporting a CEO + CFO within a busy family run private owned company then this could be your next role.
