Supporting an innovative Director that has helped over 100 clients purchase properties across a vast reach in the Sydney market, this is a role for an Executive Assistant to be the backbone to the business.

Great salary Lower North Shore location Monday – Friday Position The Role: Support the Director in all administration tasks Maintain and refine internal processes Manage communication with internal and external clients Inspect properties as needed Newsletter & agent email mail outs Organising diary and calendar Confirming appointments Leading their marketing strategy & coordinating Instagram/Facebook & Linkedin Ad hoc administration tasks as needed The Candidate: Have a strong administration background in Real Estate A Current Certificate of Registration Provide a high standard of customer service Strong communication skills (both written and verbal) Ability to work autonomously & part of a team To Apply:
