About The OpportunityPMHC is looking for a proactive and highly-organised Executive Assistant (EA) to be part of our Business & Performance team.
Reporting to the Director, you will be part of the division that provides the corporate services functions of Council, manages our commercial businesses and is instrumental in driving the transformational journey of Council in adopting the Australian Business Excellence Framework.You will be working to support the strategic objectives of Council and assist the Director in achieving excellence in the delivery of major goals on our path to growth.If you are a proactive, resourceful, and a detail-oriented professional with exceptional communication skills, we invite you to apply for this exciting opportunity.Key ResponsibilitiesDocumentation: prepare and edit reports, both internal and community-facing.Diary management: coordinate the Director's diary and time, including arranging internal and external meetings.Copy writing and editing: draft internal and communications on behalf of the Director and other senior leaders within the Business & Performance team.
You will also be responsible for writing and coordinating copy for our team's internal fortnightly newsletter.People management: The EA role will have one direct report, the Business & Performance Support Officer.
