About the role
The successful candidate will provide administrative support to members of OPC's Senior Executive and their teams.
We are looking for an excellent communicator with strong organisational and coordination skills, demonstrated ability to build productive working relationships and be an agile and practical problem solver.
This is a position of trust that requires emotional intelligence, excellent judgement, high levels of personal integrity and discretion.
They will apply a sound knowledge of the Business area's operation requirements, procedures and guidelines to support the senior executive officers.
Position Duties
As the Executive Assistant, you will be responsible for:
Monitoring and tracking incoming documents to ensure correspondence is triaged and actioned accordingly.
Undertaking diary management, including prioritising time and drawing attention to matters of importance.
Performing 'front of office' support functions, including meeting room set up, greeting visitors and receiving and responding to phone calls, emails and general correspondence.
Preparing briefs, reports, minutes and other correspondence.
Providing secretariat support to meetings, committees and working groups as required.
Being proactive, approachable, helpful and professional in performing each of the above functions, displaying initiative and applying sound judgement.
