Job Overview
A DCCEEW APS Level 4 Executive Assistant (EA) provides comprehensive administrative support to a Branch Head's office. They exercise discretion, judgement, and maintain confidentiality in a position of trust.
Branch Heads rely on their EAs to support them with routine administrative tasks. EAs work under general direction and are influential, adaptable, and agile.
EAs also work collaboratively with other EAs across the department to ensure the senior executives are well supported.
The Job
EAs have a wide range of duties which may include:
What we are looking for Knowledge and experience Skills and capabilities Eligibility and other requirements Citizenship - To be eligible for employment with the Department of Climate Change, Energy, the Environment and Water you must be an Australian citizen.
Security Clearance - This position requires either a Baseline Vetting security clearance or a Negative Vetting 1 security clearance. You will be required to obtain and maintain a clearance at this level.
