Indigeco Recruitment is assisting a high-profile Government organisation in sourcing APS4 and APS5 Executive Assistants for two separate roles on a 6 + 6-month labour-hire or non-ongoing contract.
Australian Citizens with a Baseline clearance are eligible to apply for this position. Ideal candidates are those who have ideally worked previously as an Executive Assistant within the government or Personal Assistant in the private sector with over 1 year+ experience.
As an Executive Assistant to within the Legal Services Division, offered Labour Hire Workers will play an important role as the first point of contact for the Chief Counsel's Office or the Litigation Branch.
Chief Counsel's Office (Legal Services Division) - Statement of Work:
Executive Assistant to fulfill the below duties:
Manage SES/Chief Counsel's staff work schedule and all aspects associated with it, including telephone calls, electronic diary appointments and organisation of meetings and relevant papers. Manage all correspondence in and out of the Chief Counsel's office and e-mail inbox, including follow-up and monitoring. Coordinate Senate Estimate, Ministerial briefs and papers for the Division. Provide administrative support for the Division, including management and maintenance of meeting rooms, stationery and office equipment. Assist with the development of executive reports, submissions and briefs. Undertake research and provide project management assistance. Actively manage and promote relationships with internal and external stakeholders. Administer travel finances, including reconciliation and maintenance of all travel and credit card accounts and Divisional cost centres. Arrange travel and accommodation for SES staff. File records in accordance with approved records management processes and security requirements, including management and maintenance of document recording systems. Coordinate programs, executive meetings and other activities for the Division. Provide secretariat support to meetings. Collaborate closely with Executive Assistants from across the Group to facilitate the efficient operation of the Division. How to Apply:
