We are seeking enthusiastic and proactive individuals to provide executive and administrative support to our senior leaders. If you enjoy working in a fast-paced environment, are a great problem solver and have experience in administration and building relationships, an Executive Assistant role could be for you.
As an Executive Assistant , you are the first point of contact in your senior executive's office and your ability to quickly build rapport and deliver a great client experience is highly valued.
You will undertake a variety of tasks based on the needs of your senior executive manager. This includes:
Communicating with business partners and clients Diary management, arranging briefings, events and anticipating and managing competing commitments and deadlines Assisting with budget management including credit card acquittals and less complex procurement and financial management tasks Co-ordinating travel arrangements and itineraries Supporting teams across the business line/branch with administrative requirements.
