As an Executive Assistant to the Manager of Anthropology, you are not only the, Go to Person for your manager, you are a respected voice, the rest of the team listens to. Managing schedules, planning meetings, you know exactly what's going on, what needs to be done and everyone knows that.
The position will be responsible for providing executive level administrative and project support to the Manager, Anthropology and the Anthropology Branch. This includes executing tasks in a timely and accurate manner, managing and advising on daily and strategic priorities and supporting the day-to-day running of the Anthropology branch in accordance with relevant timeframes, deadlines and NLC policy and procedures.
What you will Bring High level cross-cultural, interpersonal and verbal communication skills Excellent organisational and time management skills with an ability to prioritise tasks effectively An excellent customer service ethos that supports your team and builds strong and effective stakeholder relationships with people at all levels of the organisation In addition to this, you will have: -
Certificate IV in Business Administration and / or relevant experience.
