Part-time opportunity, 4 days / week, with potential to work flexible hours. The Responsible Investment Association Australasia (RIAA) is looking for an experienced, diligent, and energetic professional to provide administrative services and support to RIAA's Co-CEOs.
Position Purpose The Executive Assistant/Research Officer is responsible for supporting the Co-CEOs to do their jobs well, including helping them prepare for public speaking engagements, supporting their effective engagement with RIAA members and other stakeholders and managing busy schedules and travel. Duties include collating presentations, desktop research on sustainability issues and potential speakers for high-profile events and triaging member inquiries. This is an "EA Plus" role with a helicopter view of the organisation. It involves regular contact with RIAA members from major finance sector organisations, superannuation funds, investment management firms and consultancies, and requires the ability to engage effectively with a wide range of people including at senior levels.
The ideal candidate has a passion for administrative systems and processes that support teams to function well. You thrive in a complex and fast-moving organisational setting and delving into interesting issues.  You are very organised, can manage multiple functions and tasks simultaneously, are outcomes-focused and have a good ability to get things done. You have an interest in how the allocation of capital can support better outcomes for the environment, society and economy.
You possess:
The ability to provide high quality administrative and secretarial services,ability to multitask and work with others to meet deadlines,ability to synthesise information and a passion for delving into interesting issues to produce high quality summaries,ability take records of meetings on complex issues and draft high-quality business documents such as briefings, agendas and minutes,ability to engage effectively with senior colleagues and industry contacts.You will demonstrate an:
