Being a smaller practice environment you will have the opportunity to excel in this dynamic team culture, gaining experience across all aspects of working in a professional practice firm, accelerating your career.Responsibilities:• Prepare, coordinate and complete documentation and communication for client work.• Liaise with ASIC, the ATO and the like including using online platforms to generate and lodge forms.• Support the accounting team with client service delivery.• General office duties (mail, telephone, reception and the like).• Assisting in maintaining accounts and registers for insolvency administrations utilising insolvency software.• Assisting in co-ordination of business development events and material.• Assist the Principal and accountants with tasks as needed and other general office and administrative duties as required.• Researching and preparing reports, correspondence, and other routine documents.• Maintaining confidential files and documents.Our preferred applicant has• At least three years' full-time experience as personal/executive assistant or the part time equivalent.• Some proven experience in a professional practice firm required.
