We need your organisation and EA skills to help our director and the leadership team to as we continue to grow. Our wonderful EA is having a baby and whist this is a 12 - month fixed term position there is opportunity for ongoing work as we grow. This role is based at our Essendon clinic. This is a super varied role and definitely not boring you'll:
Act as the point of contact for the leadership team, employees and other external stakeholders of SPTManage the workflow and planning of work tasks for the Director on a weekly basisManage the Director's personal and work calendars and emailScreen and direct calls and distribute correspondenceAssist the leadership team with scheduling meetings and administrative tasks as requiredAssist the Head of People and Culture with recruitment administrationCoordinate social, wellness and business eventsCoordinate catering and staff celebrationsManage administration of SPT leasesManage travel and accommodation arrangementsFormat documents and communications Research and compile information as requestedTake minutes for relevant meetingsOrder uniforms and stationeryIf you'd like to work with us: we'd like you to have experience in a medium enterprise in a busy executive assistant role. If you've had experience in professional practice or allied health that would be great but not essential. You'll be so organised, you'll likely use spread sheets for your own life administration! You'll build rapport easily because you're a natural people person and you bring positivity and energy. You'll have no problem with technology because you're tech savvy and a self-starter and get a buzz out of being efficient.
