An exciting opportunity has just come up to work with a leading boutique Agency located in Beenleigh but also has office in Helensvale.
- Competitive salary will be negotiable pending experience  Duties would include but not be limited to:Managing and responding to the Principal's emails alongside the PrincipalCompiling the daily call lists and entering into CRM once completedBooking appointments into the diary/calendar and CRM ensuring it's correct and up to dateLiaising with the Principal about daily appointments and tasks and keeping her updated on everything while out of the officeEntering client details into CRM as requiredCreating various legal forms and sending them as requiredOn occasion Attending Valuations, inspections, photoshoots etc as required Organising and putting up open homes timesCalling clients as required and as instructed by the Principal Managing all incoming phone enquiries Keeping stakeholders for sales in progress up to dateSending out the weekly newsletterFollowing all checklists/office procedures to ensure tasks are done correctlyPreparing and delivering settlement gifts or delegating this task to whoever is in the officeKeeping the key box up to date and secureCreating/preparing marketing material as requested by the Principal for brochures/flyers/books etc to send to the Marketing design team and also using Canva to create some marketingSocial media editing and checking and working with the teamEntering and compiling all checklistsCompleting write ups for new listings and publishingRecording, texting, emailing and keeping all details up to date in CRMWorking through all daily tasksScanning and filing purchasing receipts into DropBox and hard copy filingManaging the the Aust Post booking system for flyer deliverySupport the Principal and other members of the team in any way possible to ensure the office runs smoothly and efficientlyEnsuring the office is clean and tidyHours would be Monday to Friday 8:30am to 5pm.
Occasional Saturday's only when other staff on leave or sick. This is not compulsory just appreciated. In return the hours you would do on the Saturday you would get off during the week.  
- You will require the Real Estate Sales Registration Certificate completed or be willing to complete quickly before commencing employment. (Salesperson course can be completed in 1-2 weeks) Anyone with previous experience would be advantageous What are the next steps?
