The role: • Provide high level executive and administrative support and coordination for the Executive Director - Allied Health Services with a flexible and resourceful approach, including effective multitasking in a rapidly changing environment. • Provide targeted administrative support related to Student Deeds, Sale of Goods and cost recovery. • Assist in the development of data analysis systems within Allied Health to improve quality patient care, including data collection and breakdown and preparation of reports and systems. The Team: Located in the Launceston General Hospital, Allied Health provides comprehensive inpatient, outpatient and community services across Northern Tasmania This position functions as a senior member of the integrated Allied Health Administration Team The role works closely with the Executive Director of Allied Health, providing support to the Allied Health Leadership Committee, and engaging with up to ten diverse multidisciplinary allied health professional groups Details of Appointment Permanent, full time, day worker position working 76hours per fortnight, commencing as soon as possible. *notwithstanding hours may be negotiated with the successful applicant Applicants should note that, for a period of twelve months from the date of publication, this selection process may be used to fill subsequent or similar full time and part time vacancies. Salary:$71,661 to $77,455per annum. Our Employer 11.5% superannuation contribution is on top of this amount. You'll have access to salary package a range of benefits including living expenses up to $9,010 + $2,650 in meal entertainment each FBT year + other benefits if eligible.
