Responsibilities:
Provide efficient and effective administrative and clerical support to the Chief Nurse and Midwife (CNM).
Prepare complex documents including Ministerial correspondence, meeting agendas, and minutes.
Maintain an efficient electronic and physical records management system in line with Agency policies and legislative requirements.
Ensure quality standards in the provision of executive and administrative support are maintained.
Assist with and coordinate financial and physical resources associated with the functions of the Office of the Chief Nurse & Midwifery Officer.
The Team:
The Office of the Chief Nurse and Midwifery Officer (OCNMO) is a small, high-performing, outcomes-focused team that provides strategic leadership and professional practice advice on a diverse range of issues relating to the nursing and midwifery professions.
Details of Appointment:
Fixed term full-time, day worker position working 76 hours per fortnight, commencing as soon as possible until 30 June 2025.
Salary:
$71,661 - $77,455 per annum. Our Employer 11.5% superannuation contribution is on top of this amount.
