An exciting opportunity exists in our Sydney M&A team for an experienced Legal Executive Assistant. In this busy and fast-paced role, you will provide vital support to our Business Unit Leader and other senior legal staff. This is a 12-month parental leave cover with potential to transition into the M&A team permanently. We are looking for someone with excellent attention to detail, strong typing and formatting skills, an ability to multi-task and to work both autonomously and in a team environment.
As a key addition to this team, some of your responsibilities will include:
Proactive diary and email management;Coordination of meetings & travel;File management (e.g. opening and closing matters and electronic filing);Monthly billing, client reporting and invoicing;Printing and filing of correspondence and emails;Other tasks as directed.More About You The successful candidate will also possess:
