Office Management (Administration & Office Support)
Executive - Asset Management & General Administration Responsibilities: - Responsible for all office administration tasks, including the company's assets and properties. Handle asset management processes such as asset requisition, registration, tagging, transfer, disposal, and maintenance. Maintain and update inventory and listing of all assets and ensure an accurate record of the location, condition and status. Track, update and record asset transfer and movement. Ensure the latest asset location is updated. Verify and record the maintenance, service and repair of all assets such as vehicles, plant and machinery, office equipment and others. Participate in asset checking (audits) to ensure the record's accuracy, good running condition and proper handling. Handle insurance for company assets and properties such as motor, equipment, contractor plant and machinery, fire and burglary. Monitor and control office supplies such as stationery, pantry supplies, toiletries, coffee machines and meeting refreshments. Prepare letters and all documents related to assets and administrative matters. Replace the receptionist when the receptionist is unavailable, such as at lunchtime, on leave or when required. To perform ad-hoc duties and reports as assigned by the superior. Requirements:- 1. Diploma in relevant field and equivalent. 2. Minimum 3-5 years working experience in assets management is an added advantage. 3. Computer literate with advanced knowledge of MS Office applications. 4. Ability to multi-task and work independently. 5. Able to work in the site construction environment and willing to work outstation.
