+ Superannuation and Salary Sacrifice Benefits Full-time temporary up to 3/10/25 About the Role As the Executive and Project Officer for the Mental Health Clinical Program (MHCP), you will play a pivotal role in supporting program wide projects.
This dynamic position involves managing communications with internal and external stakeholders, developing project plans, and overseeing key initiatives to ensure the MHCP achieves its strategic and operational objectives.
You will be entrusted with creating executive briefs, implementing strategies, reporting requirements and providing proactive project support to the MHCP.
You will also provide back-up cover to the Executive Assistant to the MHCP.
You will be responsible for ensuring the effective governance of MHCP committees and coordinating with the Senior Leadership Team and Project teams to drive successful outcomes.
Your role will serve as a strategic link between CALHN and external oversight bodies, identifying issues that require attention and providing leadership in the development of key corporate and management initiatives.

Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with a focus on clear, concise reporting and decision-making.
Experience working in multidisciplinary environments, managing change, and developing collaborative relationships.
