Stephen & Troy Abolakian, are looking for an Assistant, who can partner in the operational needs of the team, get ahead of his day to clear the way and occasionally provide personal assistance when needed. What you need to have for this role: Experience working with property industry executives.Exceptional listening, brief taking and communication skills.Proactivity in task management and setting priorities.The confidence and persistence to chase down what's needed, for timely answers and results.Strong self-reliance and autonomy, to operate without much direction or supervision.A personality that engages with internal and external stakeholders at all levels.No fear of the latest technologies and communication platforms, you must be competent in typical business hardware and software. The responsibilities for this role: The role is key internal liaison and external representative for the Hyecorp MD, and support for the North Shore Property Construction MD.You'll start and end each day aligning with the MDs' priorities, ensuring all pertinent information is available for decision makingYou'll provide intuitive management of calendars, tasks, inbox and verbal requests.Report writing, drafting executive summaries and correspondences.Attending meetings, minute taking and preparing Board packs.This is a full time, 5 days a week commitment with little flexibility, but occasionally you'll need to be available or reachable out of hours.This role must bring order to every area where chaos could prevail.Sometimes personal assistance will be needed for family matters.
