About this Opportunity
Reporting directly to the Executive General Manager of Medical and Retrieval Services, you will be responsible for:
Administrative support to the Medical and Retrieval Services leadership teamBusiness data liaison – collation and dissemination of clinical KPI reportsRecruitment liaison with People and Culture to ensure medical workforce is supported and fully establishedPatient Safety and Quality administrative lead for Medical and Retrieval ServicesStakeholder representation for fractional medical/retrieval leadership teamCalendar management for fractional leadership teamMonitor and respond to shared mailboxes ensuring prompt responses and resolution of queriesSchedule and minute meetings for the leadership team and internal/external collaborative groupsManage and coordinate functions and eventsWe believe our people – all of our people – keep the Royal Flying Doctor Service flying.
About You
To be considered for the role you require:
Five plus years of demonstrated experience providing administrative support in an office environmentA Diploma in Business and/or Diploma of ManagementExperience in data (including financial) analysis, management and reportingDemonstrated ability to work in a team environmentExcellent phone manner and communication skills via verbal and written methodsDemonstrated organisational and time management skills, coupled with acute attention to detailDemonstrated computer literacy with proficiency across the Microsoft Office suite of applicationsA high level of integrity, coupled with respect for privacy and confidentialityExperience in a health-related organisation and/or Human Resources environment would be advantageous, however, not essential.
