Our five-year Strategic Plan is focused on growing as an innovative, responsive and better-connected health service provider for all Australians.Watch stories about our people, patients and the communities we serve at finestcare.com.auAbout this OpportunityReporting directly to the Executive General Manager of Medical and Retrieval Services, you will be responsible for: -Administrative support to the Medical and Retrieval Services leadership team-Business data liaison – collation and dissemination of clinical KPI reports-Recruitment liaison with People and Culture to ensure medical workforce is supported and fully established -Patient Safety and Quality administrative lead for Medical and Retrieval Services -Stakeholder representation for fractional medical/retrieval leadership team-Calendar management for fractional leadership team -Monitor and respond to shared mailboxes ensuring prompt responses and resolution of queries -Schedule and minute meetings for the leadership team and internal/external collaborative groups -Manage and coordinate functions and events We believe our people – all of our people – keep the Royal Flying Doctor Service flying.
About YouTo be considered for the role you require: Five plus years of demonstrated experience providing administrative support in an office environment A Diploma in Business and/or Diploma of Management Experience in data (including financial) analysis, management and reporting Demonstrated ability to work in a team environment Excellent phone manner and communication skills via verbal and written methods Demonstrated organisational and time management skills, coupled with acute attention to detail Demonstrated computer literacy with proficiency across the Microsoft Office suite of applications A high level of integrity, coupled with respect for privacy and confidentialityExperience in a health-related organisation and/or Human Resources environment would be advantageous, however, not essential.
