Executive Administrator

Location:  BRISBANE Remuneration : Attractive salary package About the role: Aurizon's Network division is seeking an experienced Executive Administrator to provide high level confidential administrative support in a fast paced and dynamic operational environment.
You will be supporting the Head of Network Asset Management and the Network Asset Management Team.
About You: You are a highly experienced Executive Administrator with the following attributes: Excellent time management and organisational skills Confident and proactive approach to handling multiple priorities Ability to maintain confidentiality with sensitive information Strong communication, influencing, and negotiation skills Ability to work autonomously and proactively Key Skills and Experience: Proficient user of Office 365, particularly SharePoint, Microsoft Teams, Excel and Outlook (SAP experience preferred) Experience in Project Administration and C-Suite executive support is a plus Strong written, oral, and interpersonal communication skills Demonstrates high ethical standards, integrity, and a commitment to all business dealings At Aurizon we believe in connection It is our ability to connect that strengthens communities, industries and builds economies.
