What you will do as an Executive & Administrative Assistant: Provide comprehensive and high-level administrative support and assist with other administrative duties as required. Manage complex diaries and proactively provide material and support for meetings and other engagements (including travel arrangements as required). Maintain data, workflow, and records management, and assisting with timekeeping records and reporting. Assist with financial and operational reporting requirements, ensuring timeframes and deadlines are met. About you In order to succeed in the role, you will have: Prior experience working as an executive or administrative assistant performing tasks similar to those listed under duties above will be highly regarded. Experience using Microsoft Word, Outlook are essential. Experience using Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Dynamics and iManage will be highly regarded. A basic understanding of the ACCC's role, purpose and objectives (or the ability to attain such knowledge quickly). To find out more about us and the role, please read the Candidate Kit.
