Gold Coast Cookies sells the best filled & loaded cookies for wholesale to over 1500+ stockists and is growing quickly.
We are looking for intelligent, enthusiastic, efficient, highly detailed and bubbly people with exceptional interpersonal skills to join us.
No prior experience is required, but you must have excellent verbal and written communication, as well as strong customer service instincts.
The job roles of the junior position (not an exhaustive list):
Handling daily phone calls and e-mails to take orders from our existing customers. Ensuring customer's orders arrive DIFOT (delivery in full, on time) Following up and maintaining relationships with key customers Assisting the pick and pack team to help fulfil orders (lifting of 12kg boxes may be required) The job roles of the senior position (not an exhaustive list)
Be an integral part of operations, including tracking sales and production details. Managing HR tasks, such as rostering and arranging coverage to ensure smooth workflows. Building deep knowledge of key customers and managing their accounts. Understanding and supporting all junior admin roles and responsibilities. In your application, you MUST include:
