Mechanical EngineersElectrical EngineersHydraulic EngineersFire Protection EngineersDocument ControllersProject ManagersPositions are available at various levels, from mid-level to senior level and project leadership/project directorship and team leadership to suit experienced professionals and those looking to grow their careers in these dynamic fields. Experience in working on, delivering, and leading large-scale projects in the health and data centre segments will be highly regarded.
Skills & Experience Proven industry experience in various aspects of engineering design, with an emphasis on the successful delivery of projects, including identifying risks, problem-solving, communicating issues, and delivering solutions.Knowledge and understanding of sustainable and cost-effective principles and the ability to apply them effectively.Strong written and verbal communication skills, particularly in the preparation of technical reports.Ability to manage your own time and priorities while supporting the team to meet project objectives in a deadline-driven environment.Capacity to work both independently and collaboratively within a team.Registration (or eligibility for registration) in the relevant state's professional engineer register for the building/construction industry.Academic & Trades Qualifications Formal tertiary qualifications in a relevant discipline (or closely related discipline) are required as well as substantial industry experience.Membership (or eligibility to be Member) of a relevant national or international accreditation body.Commitment to new ideas that work and solutions which are resilient.A passion for sustainable design and decarbonising the world's built environment.A passion for delivering on time and exceeding our clients' expectations.A collaborative approach to achieve shared goals and deliver best for project outcomes.Recognition of talent and encouragement of creativity.Treating all people with respect.Motivation and drive to continually succeed and expand technical knowledge.Ability to recognise, acknowledge and communicate success in all our activities at company-wide, team and individual level.Clear and effective communication, with the ability to provide and receive feedback in a professional manner.Culture At Meinhardt, our employees thrive in an environment where initiative is encouraged, and excellence is rewarded.
