The role
Cataract on Paterson is seeking an enthusiastic and experienced Bartender / Bar Supervisor to join our team in Launceston, TAS. As a casual, part-time or full-time member of our dynamic hospitality team, you will play a key role in providing exceptional service and creating delicious cocktails in our vibrant venue.
Key responsibilities Preparing and serving a wide variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages to guests.Maintaining a clean, safe and well-stocked bar area.Providing excellent guest service and creating a welcoming atmosphere.Monitoring stock levels and placing orders as needed.Assisting with bar supervision and staff management tasks as required.Adhering to all relevant liquor licensing laws and company policies.What we are looking for Proven experience as a Bartender or Bar Supervisor in a similar hospitality environment.A passion for mixology and a keen interest in the bar and beverage industry.Strong customer service skills and the ability to work well in a team.Knowledge of liquor licensing regulations and responsible service of alcohol.Excellent time management and multitasking abilities.Flexibility to work a range of shifts, including evenings, weekends and public holidays.
