Personal Care Workers are integral members of the care team, delivering personal care to our frail and aged residents. The Personal Care Worker works under the direction of the Registered Nurse or Enrolled Nurse and is responsible for ensuring their focus is primarily on delivering the highest quality of care and customer service, within their scope of practice, for each individual resident.
