You will be part of a dynamic team based in Perth Assist all walk in customers and phone calls with queries on shipments Provide clear and specific guidance on documentation and packaging requirements for all customers Helping with additional tasks as required for example, resolving and responding to email queries Assisting and providing back up for Exception Handling when required This is afull-time positionworking38 hoursper week, Tuesday to Saturday Tuesday: 10:00am to 7:00pm Wednesday – Friday: 10:30am to 7:00pm Saturday: 7:00am to 1:00pm WHAT CAN YOU BRING?
